Refund & Return Policy

At Nam Leather, every piece is handcrafted with care. We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you believe there is an issue with your item, please review the terms below before submitting a request.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.

Refunds will not be accepted for:

Personal preference or change of mind

Cases where the product is considered “not as expected” but has no defect

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To submit a refund request, customers must provide a clear unboxing video, showing:

The package being opened for the first time

The product condition upon unboxing

The defect or damage (if any)

Requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

3. Time Frames

Refund Request Window:
Contact us within 3 days after receiving and unboxing your item.

Return Shipping Period:
Once your request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 12 days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the refund is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, Nam Leather will cover the return shipping cost.

If the request does not meet the conditions for defect, the refund is not eligible, and therefore return shipping will not be covered.

5. Condition of Returned Item

Returned items must be:

Unused

In original condition

With original tags and packaging

Items that arrive used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling may be rejected.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. EU Customers

EU customers retain the 14-day legal right to return, provided the product is unused and in original condition. The unboxing video requirement still applies for defect-based refunds.
